EXPERIENCE
As a former collegiate swimmer and now an adult athlete and mom who continues to run, cycle, ski, and hike, my focus is constantly on strength training, injury prevention, and healthy eating.

Where will I start?
During your free 30-minute consultation we start by talking about your goals and roadblocks to identify your needs. Then, I will design your customized instruction manual including a total fitness plan that will help you reach your goals with one-on-one care you deserve.
What will my training sessions look like?
Expect to receive individual, personalized training in one-hour sessions in your own home or local gym. We will identify areas of growth and focus on improving strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
I am in St Louis County just outside of Highway 270.
What about nutrition?
Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. What you consume helps you make good choices so you can have more energy throughout the day. I will help you create a nutritional plan that works with your body and lifestyle.
How does the billing work?
As a licensed Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer, I can help you achieve your lifestyle goals. Your results are not limited to insurance coverage: with a cash-based practice, the focus is on your needs, not insurance coverage. HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spendings Account) payments are accepted. If requested, a superbill will be provided to submit to insurance.
